Our story
Meet Tom & Sarah
We're Tom and Sarah, a husband-and-wife team. We started Savsai after seeing firsthand how badly a home can be managed.
We'd spent years saving for our first home in London. When Tom took a six-month job in France, we let it out and handed the keys to an agency, trusting them to care for it as we would.
We couldn't have been more wrong.
Poor communication, careless guests and no accountability turned six months away into six months of stress. We were paying someone to look after our most valuable possession, and nobody seemed to care.
So when we came home, we started doing it ourselves.
We built our approach around one simple principle: treat every home as if it were our own.
That means choosing guests carefully, noticing the small details and being there when something goes wrong. We don't want hundreds of anonymous properties, just homeowners who care about their homes as much as we care about ours.
